How do I determine the correct size for my costume?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Since cosplay sizing can differ from standard retail, we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to the chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering one size up for comfort.
Do you offer custom tailoring for specific characters?
Many of our deluxe outfits offer a 'Custom Size' option. Simply select this on the product page and provide your specific measurements in the order notes. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for custom tailoring.
What is your return policy for worn items?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn for events or modified. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
How long does shipping take for convention season?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. During peak convention seasons (April-August), we recommend selecting 'Express Shipping' at checkout to ensure your gear arrives in time for your event.
Are the wigs heat-resistant?
Yes, all our character wigs are made from high-quality synthetic fibers that are heat-resistant up to 180°C (350°F), allowing you to style them with curling irons or straighteners.
